1. No Account Required
SignalFlow operates as an instant, pay-as-you-go bulk SMS advertising service. Users are not required to register, create accounts, or store passwords. Campaign submissions are initiated directly by submitting your contact phone number, message text, launch schedule, and target recipient count.
2. Campaign Submission & Review Process
All ad submissions undergo a compliance review before broadcasting. Ads are reviewed within 30 minutes of submission. Confirmation SMS updates regarding approval and campaign status will be delivered to the contact phone number provided during submission.
3. Payments via Paystack
Upon submitting an ad, a unique campaign reference code is generated, and you will be redirected to Paystack for secure payment processing. Payments are required to validate and schedule your order. Costs are calculated transparently based on message segment count, total recipients, and a 1.6% service fee.
4. Acceptable Content & Anti-Spam Policy
You agree to use SignalFlow solely for lawful commercial or organizational communications. Messages containing spam, fraud, hate speech, unauthorized financial solicitations, or illegal material are strictly prohibited. SignalFlow reserves the right to reject non-compliant campaigns.
5. Refunds & Cancellation
Once a campaign has been approved and broadcasted to recipient mobile networks, payment is non-refundable. If an ad is rejected during review, any paid funds will be refunded or credited back to the original payment method.
6. Limitation of Liability
SignalFlow is not liable for network carrier delivery delays, device incompatibility, or circumstances beyond our control affecting SMS delivery across mobile networks in Ghana.
