SignalFlow is designed as a direct submission platform. We do not create user accounts, require user registrations, or store passwords or personal login credentials on our servers.
2. Information Collected During Ad Submission
When placing an advertisement, we collect only the essential details required to process and broadcast your campaign:
- Contact Phone Number: Used exclusively to deliver campaign confirmation, reference codes, and review notifications via SMS.
- Ad Message Content: The text content submitted for SMS distribution.
- Campaign Schedule & Target Volume: Launch date, time, and requested recipient count.
3. Secure Payment Data Handling via Paystack
All financial payments are processed externally by Paystack. SignalFlow does not collect, store, or have access to your Mobile Money numbers, debit/credit card details, PINs, or banking credentials.
4. How We Use & Protect Your Data
Your contact phone number is used strictly for transactional communications regarding your order. We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or campaign content to third parties.
